Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of projects and enhancements, blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies to fit context
- Own the full vendor and SaaS lifecycle — RFP, contract, implementation — as primary relationship owner for OEM and SI partners
- Present to C suite and steering groups; translate between technical teams and business sponsors while managing competing priorities
- Own the business case and budget: ROI modelling, CapEx/OpEx classification, and cost control with finance and procurement
- Drive quality, testing, and governance — UAT ownership, system and release readiness, and on time delivery to the business
- Produce constructive Weekly Status Reports, Project Reports, and Project Steering Group presentations
Requirements
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
- 5–8 years of project management experience delivering complex, multi stakeholder technology projects
- Project management experience in the airline/aviation domain is a must have
- Prior software development experience with strong end to end SDLC understanding (must have)
- Proven delivery of complex projects with internal business, IT, and third party SaaS OEM/implementation partners (SIs)
- Full lifecycle vendor and SaaS management: RFP → contract → implementation
- Budget and financial control across hardware and software — ROI modelling, CapEx/OpEx, and actuals with finance and procurement (must have)
- Quality, testing, and governance: UAT ownership, system readiness, and release management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; clear, decision oriented written reporting

Project Manager
- Cinergie Digital is hiring a Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of complex technology projects and enhancements in the aviation domain, spanning internal business units, IT teams, and third party SaaS OEM and system integrator partners.
- The role blends Agile and Waterfall delivery to fit context, owns vendor relationships and project budgets end to end, and carries quality, testing, and governance through to on time release.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 14,000 – AED 17,000 / month
