About the Role
Cinergie Digital seeks a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer for a client in Dubai's aviation sector. The role ensures stability and performance of a hybrid cloud ecosystem, managing Cisco UCS, VMware, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure).

Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, management, and security of resources across AWS, OCI, and Azure, optimizing for high availability and cost efficiency
- Act as subject matter expert for Cisco UCS (C and B series), managing Fabric Interconnects and profiling
- Build and migrate VMware vSphere and OLVM clusters to ensure robust virtualization layers
- Maintain and optimize containerized environments using Rancher/Kubernetes
- Perform expert level Red Hat Linux (RHEL) administration including complex patching and system hardening
- Manage enterprise grade storage solutions (Pure Storage) and lead backup operations using Commvault and AWS Backup
- Set and enforce standards for monitoring (Dynatrace), maintenance, and optimization across all private and public cloud systems in a 24/7 shift environment
Requirements
- 5–8 years of expert hands on experience with Cisco UCS, VMware, and OLVM
- Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Operations (SysOps/Security) and OCI
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Rancher/Kubernetes
- Expert level Red Hat Linux (RHEL) administration
- Deep knowledge of Pure Storage and Commvault backup systems
- Professional certifications in RHEL, AWS, Azure, VMware, or Enterprise Storage are highly preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot L3 issues in a high pressure, 24/7 operational environment

Job Purpose
- Responsible for ensuring stability, integrity, and peak performance of a mission critical hybrid ecosystem for a major aviation leader in UAE.
- Manage high scale private and public cloud platforms, ensuring infrastructure backbone supports seamless, around the clock operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hybrid Cloud Orchestration: Lead deployment, management, and security of resources across AWS (EC2, Lambda, R53, S3), OCI, and Azure.
- Compute & Virtualization Excellence: Act as SME for Cisco UCS (C and B series), managing Fabric Interconnects and profiling. Build and migrate VMware vSphere and OLVM clusters.
- Container Management: Maintain and optimize containerized environments using Rancher/Kubernetes.
- OS Lifecycle & L3 Support: Perform expert level Red Hat Linux (RHEL) administration including complex patching, system hardening, and resolving L3 support issues.
- Data Continuity & Storage: Manage enterprise grade storage solutions (Pure Storage) and lead backup operations using Commvault and AWS Backup.
- Operational Standards: Set and enforce standards for monitoring (Dynatrace), maintenance, and optimization across all private and public cloud systems in a 24/7 shift environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Infrastructure Mastery: 5–8 years of expert hands on experience with Cisco UCS, VMware, and OLVM.
- Cloud & Containers: Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Operations (SysOps/Security) and OCI; intermediate to expert proficiency in Rancher/Kubernetes.
- OS & Storage: Expert level Red Hat Linux (RHEL) administration; deep knowledge of Pure Storage and Commvault backup systems.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in RHEL, AWS, Azure, VMware, or Enterprise Storage are highly preferred.
- Operational Readiness: Proven ability to troubleshoot L3 issues in a high pressure, 24/7 operational environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 11,000 to 14,000 per month.
