- Plan, run, monitor, control, and report projects in both waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans — scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables — for in house and vendor implementations
- Lead the RFP process end to end: requirements, vendor evaluation, selection, and contracting
- Set governance and cadence; manage stakeholder expectations through status reviews and reporting
- Track tasks, dependencies, and milestones; manage risks and resolve issues proactively
- Monitor costs against budget; manage scope, timeline, and cost changes via change control
- Drive multi disciplinary teams across IT departments; run reviews to capture improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of substantiated Project Management experience across waterfall and Agile (Scrum)
- PMP certification is mandatory
- 5+ years managing IT / software development projects
- Prior hands on software development background is required
- Proven budget and cost management across hardware and software
- Experience leading RFP cycles
- Strong command of risk, issue, and change management
- Prior project management experience in the airline or travel domain is required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans — scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables — for in house and vendor implementations.
- Lead the RFP process end to end: requirements, vendor evaluation, selection, and contracting.

Required Technical Skills
- 8+ years of substantiated Project Management experience across waterfall and Agile (Scrum); PMP certification is mandatory.
- 5+ years managing IT / software development projects; a prior hands on software development background is required.
- Proven budget and cost management across hardware and software — working with finance and procurement to establish and track actuals.
- Experience leading RFP cycles — vendor evaluation, selection, and contracting for product implementations.
- Strong command of risk, issue, and change management using formal change control processes.
- Prior project management experience in the airline or travel domain is required.
Candidate Profile
- PMP certified (mandatory); Agile certification (e.g. PMI ACP, CSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
- Clear communicator who aligns senior stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
- Delivery owner with sound judgement — runs governance, reporting, and lessons learned.
