Edari is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a semi-government hospitality client in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for luxury hospitality operations, supporting pre-opening projects and workforce mobilization.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment processes across hospitality operations, including Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Retail, Spa, Recreation, and other operational functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, recruitment priorities, and hiring timelines
- Support large scale pre opening recruitment initiatives and workforce mobilization projects
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high calibre hospitality talent from local and international markets
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill hospitality positions
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, hospitality job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct candidate screenings, competency based interviews, and talent assessments
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate records, and provide regular hiring updates and reports to stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador while ensuring alignment with the organization's employer branding and talent acquisition standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within the UAE or GCC region
- Proven experience recruiting for hospitality, luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining restaurants, or customer facing service environments
- Previous experience supporting hospitality pre openings, hotel launches, workforce mobilization projects, or large scale hiring campaigns is highly preferred
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously within fast paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Experience sourcing talent internationally across multiple regions is advantageous
- Multilingual candidates are preferred, particularly those with proficiency in Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or other European languages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Role Overview
- We are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment activities and supporting large scale hospitality pre opening projects for our semi government client based in Dubai – who owns one of the largest hospitality brands in the UAE
- This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and renewable on an annual basis.
- The role sits within the Talent Acquisition Department and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
