Responsibilitie

  • s:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, from workforce planning and requisition approval through to offer management and onboardin
  • g.Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, organisational structure, and future talent need
  • s.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent through direct search, networking, referrals, social media, talent mapping, and recruitment platform
  • s.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership position
  • s.Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment processes to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational cultur
  • e.Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and talent providers where require
  • d.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while acting as an ambassador for the employer bran
  • d.Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning initiative
  • s.Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, employment legislation, and best practice hiring standard
  • s.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR system
  • s.Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, networking activities, and talent attraction campaign
  • s.Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
  • s.Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and talent acquisition strategie
