- Manage end to end recruitment for teaching, academic, and support roles, from role scoping and sourcing through offers and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, post job ads, proactively source talent, screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and facilitate interview panels.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines, enhance employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure all processes align with organizational policies and local labor regulations.
Requirements
- Strong full life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including experience managing multiple requisitions and timelines.
- Proficiency in interviewing and assessment, with the ability to run structured, competency based interviews.
- Experience in hiring and selection processes, including job scoping, shortlisting, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Background in employer branding, including promoting opportunities through digital channels and talent communities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Proven ability to attract and hire diverse talent in a fair, inclusive, and non discriminatory manner.
- Experience recruiting in the education or training sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Senior Talent Acquisition role based in the Riyadh Region.
