- Manage day to day human resources activities to support a positive, compliant, and high performing work environment

- Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, probation and performance tracking, and offboarding
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and HR related inquiries
- Assist with recruitment coordination
- Maintain HR systems
- Support training initiatives
- Collaborate with management on employee engagement and workplace culture
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and demonstrated experience in HR Management
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with local labor regulations and organizational standards
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong organizational, documentation, and HRIS/data management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the Riyadh Region or KSA is preferred
- Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage

Role Description
- As an HR Generalist at 4level1, you will manage day to day human resources activities to support a positive, compliant, and high performing work environment.
- This full time, on site role is based in the Riyadh Region and involves administering HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
- You will handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, probation and performance tracking, and offboarding.
- You will support benefits administration, leave management, and HR related inquiries, ensuring employees understand available programs and policies.
- The role also includes assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining HR systems, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with management on employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and demonstrated experience in HR Management.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with local labor regulations and organizational standards.
