Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Development Specialist role based in Riyadh.
- The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships, and promote 4Level1’s English language programs.
- Day to day responsibilities include market research, outreach plans, lead generation, and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
- The role also involves presenting program offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with academic and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient Lead Generation and Market Research skills
- Solid Analytical Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in education, training, or language services
- Ability to build long term client relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfort working toward defined targets and KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
