Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming students and visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area
- Oversee sales activities, such as promoting English language programs, conducting consultations, following up with leads, and supporting enrollment processes
- Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff
- Update student records and prepare basic reports on sales and enrollment
- Ensure excellent customer service at all touchpoints
- Support basic training or orientation sessions for new students regarding program offerings and procedures
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales and sales management skills
- Training related skills to assist with student orientation
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles in an educational or service focused environment is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort with using basic office software and student management systems
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
