- Welcome and assist visitors, answer inquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Manage student registrations, documentation, scheduling placement tests
- Coordinate with academic staff on class schedules and changes
- Drive enrollment growth through proactive outreach and sales consultations
- Present program options and follow up on leads to meet enrollment targets
- Support training and guidance of junior front desk or sales staff
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or student management systems
- Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and sales processes
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven customer service abilities
- Demonstrated sales skills including prospecting and closing enrollments
- Experience with sales management or coordination
- Background in training or mentoring
- Familiarity with CRM or student information systems
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Previous experience in education or language training preferred
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, Education or related field is an advantage

Role Description
- The Senior Sales & Front Desk role is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh.
- Responsible for welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, managing student registrations, and coordinating with academic staff.
- Drives enrollment growth through proactive outreach, sales consultations, and follow ups to meet targets.
- Supports training of junior staff and maintains records in CRM systems.
