Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end to end recruitment for a massive semi government entity in Abu Dhabi.
  • This role requires an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in both agency and in house talent acquisition.
  • This is a 12 month contract basis that is renewable depending on performance, reporting into the TA Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Lead hiring for mid to senior level and C suite positions across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advisory support.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various recruitment channels, networking, and executive search techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with HR teams on employer branding, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, analyse hiring metrics, and provide market insights to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners where required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a combination of agency and in house recruitment experience.
  • Experience working within large, reputable organizations.
  • Strong track record of recruiting across multiple business functions, including senior leadership and C suite roles.
  • Broad exposure to HR with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and interviewing skills.
  • Mature, professional, and commercially aware with the ability to handle confidential recruitment processes.

Availability

  • Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
  • We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
