About the Role
Edari is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional for a 12-month renewable contract with a semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level and C-suite positions across multiple functions.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding
- Lead hiring for mid to senior level and C suite positions across multiple business functions
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advisory support
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various recruitment channels, networking, and executive search techniques
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with HR teams on employer branding, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
- Prepare recruitment reports, analyse hiring metrics, and provide market insights to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and best practices
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners where required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a combination of agency and in house recruitment experience
- Experience working within large, reputable organizations
- Strong track record of recruiting across multiple business functions, including senior leadership and C suite roles
- Broad exposure to HR with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and interviewing skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end to end recruitment for a massive semi government entity in Abu Dhabi.
- This role requires an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in both agency and in house talent acquisition.
- This is a 12 month contract basis that is renewable depending on performance, reporting into the TA Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
