Senior Systems Engineer, RF-03-0053

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with a current Maryland Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
• Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Five (5) years of experience in the legal or technical aspects of Intelligence Community Privacy Compliance
• Five (5) years of experience with NSA systems architecture
• Extensive experience with systems requirements analysis, functional decomposition, architecture development, and requirements allocation
• Strong experience leading systems integration, verification, validation, and testing activities
• Experience with DoDAF, SOA, system interfaces, and complex hardware/software architectures
• Experience with configuration management, requirements traceability, change control, and technical baseline management
• Experience conducting risk management, trade studies, and lifecycle cost analyses
• Experience developing and reviewing complex systems engineering documentation
• Strong understanding of system security, Information Assurance, and certification and accreditation processes
• Ability to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with government stakeholders and senior leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills
