- Design, administer, and improve enterprise infrastructure including Windows and Linux environments
- Administer and maintain enterprise identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Own end to end patch and vulnerability management lifecycle across Windows and Linux environments
- Manage backup and recovery solutions ensuring alignment with business RPO and RTO objectives
- Administer and optimize Windows Server and Linux server environments, perform capacity planning and performance tuning
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange (on premises and/or Exchange Online)
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system health and proactive issue detection
- Enforce security controls, respond to system security events, and support audit processes
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents, leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Security, DevOps, and Application teams
Requirements
- Experience in design, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux server environments

Job Purpose
- The Senior Systems Consultant is responsible for the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise infrastructure.
- The role ensures availability, security, and performance of Windows and Linux environments, while supporting identity management, backup and recovery, patching, and monitoring.
- The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability, enforcing security standards, and driving automation across hybrid IT environments.
