- Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity products and services offered and stay informed about industry trends.
- Assist in delivering product presentations and demos to prospective clients, with support from pre sales engineers.
- Track opportunities, update CRM systems, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordinate with support teams to address client issues post sale.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities or threats.
