- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordinate with support teams to address client issues post sale
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities or threats
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity
- Ability to identify and approach potential clients
- Strong relationship management skills

Job Purpose
- As a Sales Account Manager at Cyberani, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within the cybersecurity sector.
