Responsibilities
- Operate and manage day to day clients GRC activities in alignment with agreed scope and SLAs
- Maintain client's governance repositories and track policy/document review schedules
- Monitor client's execution of cybersecurity strategy initiatives and validate progress
- Develop and execute client's cybersecurity awareness plan and manage awareness platforms
- Maintain and track client's compliance plans, obligations, and evidence repositories
- Monitor client's compliance status, escalate critical issues, and validate remediation closure
- Maintain and update client's risk and third party registers, including risk ratings and controls
- Track and follow up on client's risk treatment actions and escalate critical or overdue risks
- Conduct ad hoc risk and compliance evaluations (e.g., assessments, due diligence, audits support)
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and support continuous improvement of GRC processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in cybersecurity
- Exposure to cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance processes
- Experience in reviewing security policies, procedures, and controls
- Familiarity with conducting or supporting risk assessments and gap analyses against industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NCA, or PCI DSS
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security governance
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Overview
- Execute and operate Governance, Risk, and Compliance tasks for clients by ensuring continuous alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational objectives.
- Drive the implementation and ongoing management of governance processes, risk assessments, control monitoring, and compliance activities to strengthen clients' cybersecurity posture.
- Responsible for delivering end to end GRC operations, including policy lifecycle management, risk register upkeep, control effectiveness validation, audit coordination, and reporting.
