About the Role
Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Services & Administration Engineer (L2/L3) to manage hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises, Azure, and GCP. The role involves ensuring stability, security, and performance of enterprise cloud and on-prem systems in a 24/7 operational environment.

- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on premises, Azure, and GCP
- Administer and manage cloud environments in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Monitor on prem and cloud system performance, prepare health reports and cost optimization reports
- Configure and manage Infoblox for enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
- Manage servers, storage, cloud services, and enterprise applications
- Support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Exchange Server, System Center, FIM
- Manage enterprise storage solutions including HP, IBM, NetApp, EMC
- Perform server audits, security reviews, and compliance checks
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting
- Maintain system architecture diagrams, configurations, process documents, and service records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- L2 Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience; L3 Engineer / Senior System Engineer: Minimum 8 years of experience
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure administration across on premises, Azure, and GCP
- Experience with Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
- Experience with enterprise storage solutions (HP, IBM, NetApp, EMC)
- Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Shell)

Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Services & Administration Engineer (L2/L3) to manage, maintain, and optimize hybrid IT infrastructure across on premises, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Responsible for ensuring stability, integrity, security, and performance of enterprise cloud and on prem infrastructure, supporting core business systems, and working closely with Network, Security, SOC/NOC, and Application teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on premises, Azure, and GCP.
- Manage servers, storage, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure system compatibility, integration, and interoperability across environments.
- Support onboarding of new cloud services, applications, and technologies.
- Administer and manage cloud environments in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, Virtual Machines, Azure Backup & Site Recovery, Storage Accounts, VNets / NSGs, App Services, Azure Monitor & Log Analytics.
- Manage GCP services: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC Networking, Cloud Functions, GKE (preferred).
- Monitor on prem and cloud system performance.
- Prepare system health reports, performance analytics, and cost optimization reports.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Apply FinOps principles for cloud cost optimization.
- Configure and manage Infoblox for enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- L2 Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- L3 Engineer / Senior System Engineer: Minimum 8 years of experience.
