- Build and maintain demand forecasting models across SKUs, categories, and dark store locations
- Develop frameworks to manage demand variability from seasonality, promotions, and new product launches
- Own weekly and monthly S&OP cadence and facilitate cross functional alignment
- Set and monitor inventory targets by SKU and location to balance availability and cost
- Write and maintain SQL queries for demand signals and build dashboards
- Translate complex demand signals into clear narratives for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or related function
- Preference for quick commerce, grocery, e commerce, or high velocity retail experience
- Advanced SQL capability
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Solid grasp of statistical forecasting methods
- Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or equivalent)
- Python or R skills are a plus
- Familiarity with AI/ML forecasting tools is a plus
- Proactive and resilient mindset
- Proven ability to influence without authority

About the Role
- This is a senior individual contributor and cross functional leadership role.
- You will own demand planning end to end from statistical modelling to S&OP facilitation.
What You'll Do
