- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for supply chain operations
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend best practice solutions
- Configure and optimize D365 SCM modules based on business requirements
- Design end to end supply chain solutions covering procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, and planning
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver integrated ERP solutions
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process documentation, and user guides
- Deliver end user training and provide post go live support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Functional Consultant
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Strong functional knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehouse management, sales order processing, PIM, master planning, production control, quality management
- Experience in business process analysis and solution design
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) to join our team onsite in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes, hands on experience

Required Qualifications

- Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant certification.
- Experience with GCC/UAE localization and regional business processes.
- Experience integrating D365 SCM with Finance, CRM, or third party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
