Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Business Analyst

to join our team in support of national healthcare transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholders toward successful delivery of solutions within the

governmental healthcare sector

.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working in large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably within the

Governmental, Healthcare, or Medical domains

, and must be able to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business, technical, and regulatory) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to understand current-state and future-state business operations.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented.
  • Support the development of business process models (as-is / to-be), gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
  • Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and traceability of requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with national healthcare standards, data protection policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues related to business analysis activities.
  • Participate in change management, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+
  • years
  • of proven experience in

Business Analysis

  • , with at least
  • 3 years in senior or lead roles
  • .
  • **Experience in the Governmental Sector or Healthcare / Medical Domain**
  • is highly preferred.
  • Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder digital transformation or e-government initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of
  • business process modeling (BPMN)
  • , requirements engineering, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Familiarity with
  • healthcare accreditation, quality control
  • , and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
  • Excellent documentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, or similar.
  • Experience with
  • Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project methodologies

  • Strong understanding of data-driven projects, including integration with health information systems or ERP platforms.
