- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve application, integration, and performance issues
- Develop customizations following Microsoft's best practices and extension model
- Create and maintain Data Entities, custom services, batch jobs, and business events
- Build and support integrations with third party systems using various integration approaches
- Deploy solutions across development, UAT, and production environments using deployable packages
- Manage application lifecycle activities using Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Collaborate with functional consultants during solution design, testing, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation
- Provide production support and resolve critical business issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development
- Strong proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, and the D365 F&O extension framework
- Solid experience with debugging X++ code and troubleshooting complex application issues
- Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and creating/deploying Deployable Packages
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Repositories, Boards, Pipelines, Build & Release)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services related to D365 implementations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault)
- Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs, OData, file based integrations, and custom web services
- Good understanding of D365 F&O security, batch processing, workflows, and performance optimization

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, with strong expertise in integrations, debugging, deployment, and Azure technologies.
- The candidate should be capable of working independently while collaborating closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality enterprise solutions.

- Experience integrating D365 F&O with ERP, HR, banking, tax, payment gateways, or government systems.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services and cloud architecture is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
