- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network and communication systems
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD WAN environments
- Configure Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) / Cisco Call Manager
- Manage IP telephony, VoIP, SIP trunking, voice gateways
- Ensure QoS for voice/video traffic
- Implement network security (ACLs, IPSec, SSL VPNs)
- Monitor network using SolarWinds, PRTG
- Troubleshoot L2/L3 and voice related issues
- Perform capacity planning and optimization
- Collaborate with ISPs and vendors
- Manage SOC tickets
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and maintenance
- Expertise in Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and VoIP
- Knowledge of network security (ACLs, IPSec, SSL VPNs)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS)
