- Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral support
- Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and business applications
- Handle user account management, password resets, MFA, and access requests
- Troubleshoot network, Wi Fi, VPN, email, and application issues
- Manage ITSM tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Perform hardware deployment, imaging, software installation, and asset management
- Support meeting rooms, AV systems, video conferencing, and collaboration tools
- Provide onboarding and offboarding support for employees
- Maintain knowledge base articles and user documentation
- Escalate complex incidents and participate in problem management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or related field
- 3+ years of IT Support experience
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+

Role Description
- The IT Support Engineer is a full time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home arrangements. This role is responsible for providing hands on technical support for hardware, software, networks, and enterprise applications used by internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral support.
- Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and business applications.
