Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join our team onsite in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of finance processes, hands on experience implementing D365 Finance modules,

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance module implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops with clients to understand business processes and recommend best practices.
  • Configure and customize finance modules based on business needs.
  • Design end to end finance solutions aligned with industry standards.
  • Support data migration, system integration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and solution documentation.
  • Train end users and provide post go live support.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant.
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and user training sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional certifications.
  • Experience with localization for GCC/UAE.
  • Experience working in consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
