About the Role

- Lead finance module implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct workshops with clients to understand business processes and recommend best practices
- Configure and customize finance modules based on business needs
- Design end to end finance solutions aligned with industry standards
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and solution documentation
- Train end users and provide post go live support
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Financial Reporting
- Experience in business process analysis and solution design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and user training sessions
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional certifications.
- Experience with localization for GCC/UAE.
- Experience working in consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
