About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, code compliance, and constructability.
- Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.
- Use CAD and engineering software to produce and validate designs, performing design optimization.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support quality assurance processes.
- Participate in project meetings and respond to client and contractor queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering with demonstrated experience in structural design for buildings and/or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis, including use of relevant analysis tools and methods.
- Hands on experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating structural drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Experience in the Middle East region and familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
- Ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in design.
- Professional engineering license or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
