Requirements
- Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex building projects
- Demonstrated experience in Design Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project design phases
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design and visualization software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM tools)
- Knowledge of regional building codes, standards, and sustainability practices, particularly within the UAE and the Middle East
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast paced, project driven environment

Role Description
- The Senior Design Architect role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- This role involves leading conceptual and detailed architectural design for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, local regulations, and GEO’s design standards.
- The Senior Design Architect will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage design deliverables, and oversee the preparation and review of construction drawings and documentation.
- Daily responsibilities include guiding junior team members, participating in client and stakeholder meetings, and providing design leadership from initial vision through to implementation.
- The role also includes collaborating closely with engineers, planners, and consultants to integrate architectural solutions within broader project frameworks and supporting quality, sustainability, and innovation in all design work.
Qualifications
