- Lead Building Information Modeling processes across multidisciplinary projects
- Oversee BIM standards, templates, and workflows, ensuring consistent application across design teams and project stages
- Coordinate models between architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines, resolve clashes, and support virtual design reviews
- Manage BIM execution plans, supervise model production, conduct quality checks, and train project teams in BIM tools and best practices
- Collaborate closely with project managers and discipline leads to align digital delivery with project objectives, schedules, and client requirements
Requirements
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including BIM standards development and BIM execution planning
- Skills in BIM Coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary model integration
- Skills in Virtual Design and construction focused model review for design validation and visualization
- Foundational skills in Architecture and understanding of MEP systems within a BIM environment
- Proficiency in common BIM authoring and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar platforms)
- Experience managing BIM on large scale building or infrastructure projects, preferably within the Middle East region
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to guide and mentor project teams on BIM workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced certification in BIM management is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to evolving digital design practices

Role Description
- The BIM Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading Building Information Modeling processes across multidisciplinary projects.
- This role oversees BIM standards, templates, and workflows, ensuring consistent application across design teams and project stages.
- The BIM Manager coordinates models between architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines, resolves clashes, and supports virtual design reviews.
