- Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements

- Supervise junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable structural solutions
- Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues during construction
- Support project planning, scheduling, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Strong background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering with practical experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis using industry standard tools and methods, including design to international and regional codes
- Advanced skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for producing and reviewing detailed structural drawings and models
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience in Middle East projects and familiarity with local regulations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high technical and quality standards

Role Description
- The Senior Structural Design Engineer is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Develop and review structural concepts, prepare detailed calculations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and produce high quality design documentation and drawings.
- Supervise junior team members, provide technical guidance, and collaborate closely with architects, other engineers, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues during construction, and support project planning, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with practical experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis using industry standard tools and methods, including design to international and regional codes.
- Advanced skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for producing and reviewing detailed structural drawings and models.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree and professional registration are advantageous.
