- Review and guide design work, manage design documentation, and participate in design reviews
- Align project outputs with GEO’s standards and regional regulations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to design management processes
- Support business development through design presentations and technical input
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex building projects
- Experience in Design Management, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams and oversight of the design process from concept to delivery
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings, technical details, and related documentation
- Effective Communication skills, including ability to present design concepts, collaborate with clients and consultants, and provide clear feedback
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure is preferred
- Advanced proficiency with relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, SketchUp, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in sustainable design, local building codes in the region, and coordination with engineering disciplines
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple concurrent projects, and mentor junior architects and designers

Role Description
- The Senior Design Architect is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading architectural design from concept through detailed development.
- This position oversees the creation of design proposals, coordinates construction drawings, and ensures design intent is maintained throughout project delivery.
- The Senior Design Architect collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to translate project requirements into high quality, practical, and sustainable solutions.
- Daily activities include reviewing and guiding design work, managing design documentation, participating in design reviews, and aligning project outputs with GEO’s standards and regional regulations.
- The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to design management processes, and supporting business development through design presentations and technical input.
Qualifications
