Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of statistical studies and research projects.
- Develop advanced statistical models and analytical methodologies.
- Manage data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and forecasting.
- Lead and mentor a team of statisticians, analysts, and data professionals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational goals.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in statistics, analytics, research, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software and tools, including R, Python, SAS, SPSS, and SQL.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale analytical projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
