Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of retail leasing experience in the UAE.
- Strong network within retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands.
- Experience negotiating and closing leasing deals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of UAE retail market trends.
- Experience with leading developers, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or retail destinations is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to attract and retain high-profile brands and operators.
