About the Role
CERT is seeking a Senior Specialist – Technology to lead end-to-end technical project delivery, solution architecture, AI/ML implementation, and cloud platform development.
The role interfaces with business functions, government and institutional clients, and external technology partners from requirements through client acceptance.
This is a hands-on senior role combining cloud-native architecture, AI/ML pipelines, pre-sales, and development-team mentoring.
Solution Architecture and Delivery
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and client acceptance against business objectives and SLA targets.
- Architect scalable cloud-native enterprise platforms on AWS and Azure using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD best practices.
- Develop technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and apply agile methods to improve delivery speed and release cadence.
AI/ML and Cloud Implementation
- Architect and deploy computer vision, facial recognition, LLM/RAG, and ML-driven analytics solutions using the specified cloud and machine-learning platforms.
