Locations
- The role supports training programs in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah.
- The position requires on-site work at the assigned location.
Employment Type
- This is a temporary, part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site point of contact for learners and trainers at the assigned location.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues on site, escalating to the Operations team when needed.
- Provide regular reports to the Operations team on site status and issues encountered.
- Support classroom readiness and coordinate with trainers on immediate on-site needs.
- Ensure learners receive the support needed to remain engaged and attend training.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- At least one year of relevant work experience is required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple day-to-day tasks.
- Basic computer literacy, including email and reporting tools.
Language Requirements
- Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Native or fluent proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
