- Participate in desk based and on site inspections of supervised intermediaries

- Contribute to administration of regulations and risk management for ongoing supervision
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting by Fintech
- Support the Senior Manager and Manager in supervising intermediary firms
- Continuously improve intermediary supervision practices
Requirements
- Experience in supervision of financial services firms, particularly virtual asset intermediaries
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for virtual assets and stablecoins
- Ability to conduct desk based and on site inspections
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills

Role Overview
- The FSRA regulates Financial Services activities in ADGM. The Senior Specialist role sits within the Fintech Supervision (Intermediary) team, responsible for day to day supervisory oversight of VA broker dealer entities.
Operational Responsibilities
- Participates in desk based and on site inspections, reviewing policies, operations, and business models
- Assists with development and follow up of risk mitigation plans, thematic reviews, and regulatory reporting
- Liaises with regulated firms to address issues and facilitate improvement in governance and risk management
- Assist in development of regulatory frameworks to address risks from virtual assets
- Contributes to administration of regulations, rules and risk management for ongoing supervision
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting by Fintech
Strategic Responsibilities
- Supports the Senior Manager and Manager in supervising intermediary firms
- Continuously improve intermediary supervision practices to ensure ADGM takes a leading role
People Management
- Support the Manager in ensuring Supervision (Intermediary) operates responsibly and proficiently
- Embed the culture and vision in Fintech by role modelling organisational behaviours
Information Security
- Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities per ADGM Information Security policy
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of ADGM Information
