Role Overview
- The FSRA regulates Financial Services activities in ADGM. The Senior Manager – Market Infrastructure role is within the Markets Department, responsible for authorisation and supervision of trading, clearing, settlement and listing venues.
Operational Responsibilities
- Licensing and supervision of Recognised Clearing Houses (particularly Derivative and Virtual Asset)
- Build and manage regulatory relationships with market stakeholders
- Keep up to date to advise Markets’ senior management on regulatory changes
- Support the Director in oversight of policy and regulatory changes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders within FSRA and ADGM
- Deliver additional tasks as delegated
- Adhere to internal policies, rules and behaviours
Organisational Responsibilities
- Assist in development and administration of rules, policies and procedures for regulation of Market Infrastructures
- Continuously improve Markets practices to ensure ADGM takes a leading role
Managerial Responsibilities
- Create an environment where team members drive to improve performance

Strategic Responsibilities
- Support the Director/Executive Director in providing leadership
