Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and operational plans, KPIs, and risk registers.
- Design and maintain smart applications, software, and systems to enhance operations.
- Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure systems are tested, user-friendly, and aligned with corporate identity and governance standards.
- Train users, prepare manuals, and support adoption of applications.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure IT solutions meet organizational objectives.
What Weโre Looking For
- Bachelorโs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ yearsโ experience in IT systems, applications, or software development.
- Strong skills in system architecture, agile development, databases, and QA.
- Analytical, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- Committed to driving digital transformation and continuous improvement.
