Job Scope
The Adobe Senior Specialist will be responsible for leading all Adobe-related initiatives, managing licensing models (VIP, ETLA, and others), advising customers on best-fit solutions, lead customer presentations, demos, and strategic discussions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish sales targets, develop forecasts, and adapt sales strategies to align with budgetary goals
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, fostering new partnerships that drive sales growth and open doors to fresh opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing clients through regular visits, updates, and proactive engagement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Vendor Account Managers throughout the sales cycle to build a robust sales pipeline
- Visit clients to assess product/service requirements, manage order updates, and oversee timely deliveries while addressing any outstanding issues
- Negotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved parameters, providing transparent reporting on completed deals
- Keep clients informed about product/service changes, new offerings, and updates
- Maintain and update client accounts and databases regularly
- Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitors, and prepare recommendations to boost sales and strengthen market positioning
- Coordinate with relevant departments for the introduction of new products/services into the market and stay informed about industry modifications and trends
Position Requirements
- This role demands deep technical and commercial understanding of Adobe's product suite, especially Creative Cloud, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Stock, and enterprise-level solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
At least 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience in Saudi market.
