Role Overview
Promote the company and its products or services through a defined strategy and partnerships with existing and potential customers in the assigned country.
Optimize sales volumes, acquire new partnerships, and coordinate marketing programs and activities.
Technical and Operations
- Define the sales strategy and roadmap for the assigned product or service line.
- Establish sales budgets and targets and cascade them to the team.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing.
- Conduct market research through ongoing visits to existing and potential customers.
- Research, map, and recruit potential partners in the assigned country.
- Lead vendor relationships in alignment with company management and strategy.
- Ensure accurate storage, tracking, and control of inventory through stock management.
- Develop relationships with key partners in the assigned country.
- Build and maintain channel and customer databases and analyze metrics for loyalty and new opportunities.
- Support channel partners and respond to customer issues and queries.
- Coordinate with marketing to design and implement marketing activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
