- Identify and seize new business opportunities requiring cutting edge technology solutions
- Conduct in depth analyses of customer needs and design comprehensive solutions covering connectivity, security, cloud, and collaboration
- Act as a specialist in advanced technologies and translate technical concepts into business value
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Services) to design, propose, and deliver integrated solutions
- Drive the sales cycle by demonstrating ROI, managing pipeline, and building trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Develop security solutions including next generation firewalls, intrusion detection, SIEM, VPN, and zero trust principles
- Sell cloud solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, GCP for computing, storage, and networking
- Identify opportunities in computing, storage, AI infrastructure, and private/hybrid cloud hosting
- Drive innovation by developing and delivering wireless IoT and 5G solutions
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a technical role, preferably in pre sales, focused on designing and selling complex technology solutions
- Demonstrated success in solution selling, especially in enterprise network connectivity, security, cloud, AI, and collaboration platforms
- Experience in prospecting and developing new business
- Knowledge of specific vertical industries and their unique technological requirements
- Post secondary degree
- Industry certifications are an asset
- Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec

Summary
- The specialist contributes to sales of technology solutions for Bell Business Markets customers by developing tailored strategies and seeking opportunities.
- The role is a strategic partner to the account manager, understanding business challenges and developing solutions leveraging BBM's advanced products.
- Key areas include network infrastructure, security, cloud integration, and unified communications.
Technical Expertise
- Identify and create opportunities for enterprise class network solutions including WAN, LAN, and Wi Fi.
- Develop security solutions: next generation firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, SIEM, VPN, zero trust.
- Sell cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for computing, storage, networking, including IaaS, PaaS, hybrid/multi cloud.
- Find opportunities in computing, storage, AI infrastructure, and private/hybrid cloud hosting.
- Identify opportunities for advanced collaboration solutions: unified communications, VoIP, video conferencing, messaging.
- Drive innovation in wireless IoT and 5G solutions: fleet management, asset tracking, private mobile networks.
