Requirements
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role leading a team of Technical Product Managers or technology professionals
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Demonstrated success in establishing efficient operational workflows and applying Agile methodologies
- Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical data into business stories
- Experience managing product financials and optimizing resource allocation
- Understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and current AI tools
- Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide decisive leadership, comprehensive mentorship, and inspirational guidance to a talented Technical Product Managers.
- AI Solution Delivery: Oversee the end to end lifecycle of internal AI solutions—from initial diagnostics and root cause analysis to deployment.
- AI Enablement & No Code Development: Champion the development and implementation of robust AI enablement strategies and frameworks.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse cross functional stakeholders.
- Financial & Product Management: Manage program budgets meticulously, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accurate forecasting, and optimal resource utilization.
- Workflow Standardization & Agile Governance: Create, implement, and govern standardized Agile best practices and workflows for Technical Product Managers.
- Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex technical metrics and financial performance data into compelling narratives.
- Technology Landscape: Stay up to date with current technology advancements, continuously evaluating how emerging AI trends can be leveraged.
Critical Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role leading a team of Technical Product Managers or technology professionals, complemented by a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated success in establishing efficient operational workflows, managing complex project lifecycles, and applying Agile methodologies within a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical data into high level business stories and presentations for corporate leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing product financials and optimizing resource allocation.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning concepts, and the current landscape of AI tools (including generative AI, LLMs, and no code platforms).
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
