Summary

  • On the Data Engineering and AI team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen across our internal business units.
  • The Senior Technical Product Manager has overall accountability for leading a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers and overseeing the delivery of internal AI solutions from conception to deployment.
  • As a Senior Manager, you are responsible for your team's coaching, training, and development, fostering a high performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Provide decisive leadership, comprehensive mentorship, and inspirational guidance to a talented Technical Product Managers, cultivating their professional growth and maximizing team performance.
  • AI Solution Delivery: Oversee the end to end lifecycle of internal AI solutions—from initial diagnostics and root cause analysis to deployment.
  • AI Enablement & No Code Development: Champion the development and implementation of robust AI enablement strategies and frameworks.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse cross functional stakeholders.
  • Financial & Product Management: Manage program budgets meticulously, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accurate forecasting, and optimal resource utilization.
  • Workflow Standardization & Agile Governance: Create, implement, and govern standardized Agile best practices and workflows for Technical Product Managers.
  • Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex technical metrics and financial performance data into compelling narratives.
  • Technology Landscape: Stay up to date with current technology advancements, continuously evaluating how emerging AI trends can be leveraged.

Critical Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role leading a team of Technical Product Managers or technology professionals, complemented by a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and program plans.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing efficient operational workflows, managing complex project lifecycles, and applying Agile methodologies within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical data into high level business stories and presentations for corporate leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product financials and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning concepts, and the current landscape of AI tools (including generative AI, LLMs, and no code platforms).
