About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Pre Sales Consultant to collaborate with the sales team, design IT solutions, and conduct product demonstrations. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in system architecture or pre-sales, with knowledge of AI, business automation, RPA, and low code/no code tools.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements
- Analyze customer requirements, design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including all software aspects that align with clients' business goals
- Work closely with the development team to ensure providing the best solution to the customers and smooth handover in the execution phase
- Maintain up to date knowledge of new technologies and changes in current technologies and their roadmap
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product
- Understand, analyze and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive and competitive proposals
- Address technical inquiries while analyzing the RFPs
- Develop detailed proposals that include costs, deliverables, timelines, and other relevant information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- 8+ years in System architecture, technical sales or Pre sales role
- Very good knowledge and practice in different technologies such as AI, business automation and RPA
- Good knowledge of low code/no code tools
- Basic knowledge of cloud and cyber security
- Knowledge of CRM, contact center and enterprise applications is a plus
- Proven Technical and IT Services pre sales experience
- Knowledge of software development cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications is a plus
