About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the pre sales process
- Design and architect scalable AI and machine learning solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives
- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and customer demonstrations
- Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, statements of work, and responses to RFPs and tenders
- Design deployment architectures across public cloud, sovereign cloud, hybrid, and on premise environments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Pre Sales Architect
- Strong experience designing enterprise AI, machine learning, cloud, or data platform solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience preparing technical proposals, responding to tenders, and delivering product demonstrations independently
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions
- Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Knowledge of multi agent AI systems and agentic workflows
- Knowledge of Computer Vision, Speech AI, Vision Language Models, and multimodal AI applications
- Knowledge of AI model optimisation, compression, quantisation, and edge deployment
