About the Role
A deep-tech company at the forefront of Quantum computing and AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Qatar market. You will drive full-cycle enterprise sales of AI solutions to C-suite stakeholders, targeting TCVs of €500K–€1M+.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute a national go to market strategy for Qatar, targeting the region's largest enterprises
- Own complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to closing, targeting TCVs of €500K–€1M+
- Lead outcome driven conversations anchored in business impact, partnering with technical teams to co create AI use cases
- Represent the company at the highest levels of the national enterprise ecosystem, developing strategic relationships
- Serve as the commercial lead within complex deal teams, aligning product, engineering, legal, and finance functions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a direct revenue generating role within an AI scale up or fast growing deep tech company
- Proven track record of closing or being primary contributor to closing new logo enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or above
- Native fluency in Arabic and fluent English
- Existing legal authorization to work in Qatar

The Opportunity
- A rapidly growing, well funded deep tech company at the forefront of Quantum computing and Artificial Intelligence is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to take full ownership of the Qatar market.

The Role
- Market Ownership: Design and execute a national go to market strategy for Qatar.
- Full Cycle Enterprise Sales: Own complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to closing, targeting TCVs of €500K–€1M+.
- Consultative & Solution Selling: Lead outcome driven conversations anchored in business impact.
- Ecosystem Building: Represent the company at the highest levels of the national enterprise ecosystem.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Serve as the commercial lead within complex deal teams.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a direct revenue generating role within an AI scale up or fast growing deep tech company.
- Proven track record of closing new logo enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or above.
- Native fluency in Arabic, alongside fluent English.
- Existing legal authorization to work in Qatar.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience selling highly customized technology solutions, infrastructure, or AI.
- An established C suite network within large Qatari enterprises across finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrials.
- A background in management consulting, systems integration, or complex solution sales.
