About the Role
European Tech Recruit is hiring a Senior Solution Architect for a European deep-tech leader in Qatar. This pre-sales role involves designing AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, running product demos, and authoring technical proposals.

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority in partner and customer facing interactions
- Run hands on product demos independently
- Lead the authoring of technical proposals, RFPs, and tenders
- Design end to end AI/ML solutions spanning cloud, hybrid, on premise, and sovereign deployment models
- Translate complex AI, LLM, and quantum inspired capabilities into clear, value driven architectures for both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Partner closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure proposed architectures align with customer requirements and delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical pre sales, sales engineering, or implementation consulting role with heavy enterprise customer exposure
- Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, AzureML)
- Experience sizing GPU infrastructure for LLM inference or training workloads
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, Flyte, MLflow, CI/CD) and proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of LLM inference stacks (vLLM, llama.cpp, OpenVINO), model delivery formats (ONNX, Hugging Face), and experience benchmarking LLM performance
- Hands on Python and SQL coding skills, alongside familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English
- Existing legal authorization to work in Qatar
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

The Role
- Act as the technical authority in partner and customer facing interactions

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a technical pre sales, sales engineering, or implementation consulting role with heavy enterprise customer exposure
- Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, AzureML)
- Experience sizing GPU infrastructure for LLM inference or training workloads (memory, throughput, hardware tiers from A10 to H200)
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, Flyte, MLflow, CI/CD) and proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerising AI workloads
- Understanding of LLM inference stacks (vLLM, llama.cpp, OpenVINO), model delivery formats (ONNX, Hugging Face), and experience benchmarking LLM performance (latency, throughput, accuracy)
- Hands on Python and SQL coding skills, alongside familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English
- Existing legal authorization to work in Qatar is required
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with multi modal AI (Computer Vision, Speech, Vision Language models)
- Hands on experience designing RAG pipelines, multi agent systems, or working with AI model optimization and quantization
- Experience designing big data architectures (batch & streaming)
- Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI considerations, and compliance frameworks
