- Ensure proper levels of supplies and report consumption
- Initiate process improvement plans
- Train and coach new and less experienced employees
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience as maintenance supervisor/ maintenance engineer in BHS or MHS with Siemens Simatic S7
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing engineering
- Valid Driver’s License
- Leadership and communication skills
- CMMS and MS Office proficiency

Job Description
- Senior Shift leader role at Vanderlande in Jeddah.
Essential Functions
- Lead the team development and coach other shift leaders.
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Lead the critical technical interventions and define root causes.
- Identify obstacles and propose solutions.
- Define risks and perform required assessment.
- Improve maintenance routes aligned with operational requirements.
- Supervise shift employees, oversee work, assess performance.
- Manage and execute planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and standards.
- Develop employees for current and future positions.
- Assess employees’ performance and behavior.
- Set priorities, distribute work, monitor progress and quality.
Required Education And Experience
- 5+ years of prior experience as maintenance supervisor/ maintenance engineer in BHS or MHS with Siemens Simatic S7.
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing engineering.
- CMMS.
- MS office.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Leadership and communication skills.

- IBM DOS Maximo.
- Team Management.
- Time Management.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Working Hours are 48 Hrs./week as stated in Saudi Labor Law.
- Shift schedule assigned by department Manager, not exceeding 12 Hrs./ per shift.
- Overtime for any additional hours exceeding 48 Hrs./week.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Noise levels of 85 decibels may be reached; safety measures required.
- Knowledge and utilization of PPE required.
- Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor climates.
- Employee often works near moving mechanical parts.
- Operate and maintain equipment and measurement instruments.
