Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Support Head of Quality Management / Quality Manager during certification body, surveillance, and client audits
- Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, compliance monitoring, and IMS documentation control
- Perform Quality Control Coordinator / Document Controller activities for Quality department records and documentation in projects
- Support departmental administrative activities, reporting, KPI tracking, and management review inputs
- Maintain proactive coordination with internal stakeholders and project stakeholders on quality matters
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and quality documentation using MS Office Suite and Power BI
Requirements
- 5–8 years in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for infrastructure / EPC / airports / oil and gas projects
- Bachelor’s degree in science / Diploma in Engineering, or related discipline
- Certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 (Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IMS standards, documentation control, and audit processes
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Power BI
- Strong communication and written skills, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of working in multicultural project environments
