Role Purpose

  • The Compliance Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting Lead is responsible for building and strengthening how Vanderlande measures, monitors, and improves its global Compliance Management System.
  • The role sits within the global Ethics, Risk & Compliance team and works across core compliance areas: Anti Corruption, Data Privacy & AI Governance, Competition Law, and Speak Up & Investigations.
  • You will help shape how Vanderlande measures compliance effectively as the program matures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translating compliance processes into clear, practical KPIs and measurable indicators.
  • Developing and maintaining simple, clear dashboards that provide insight into compliance performance.
  • Coordinating data collection and automation with data owners (e.g., HR's Workday, whistleblower hotline, sanctions screening tool).
  • Tracking how compliance processes are applied in practice (volumes, cycle times, completion rates).
  • Conducting light touch spot checks and thematic reviews to validate compliance processes.
  • Analyzing trends, patterns, and outliers across compliance data.
  • Mapping available data sources and ownership, defining standards for data quality.
  • Providing data, templates, and consolidated views for compliance risk assessments.

What do we ask from you?

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, Data/Information Management, or a related field.
  • Typically 3 7 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, data/analytics in a governance environment, or digital/IT roles with exposure to structured processes.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, comfortable with evolving data, and advanced Excel/PowerBI skills.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical insights for non technical stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic and hands on mindset; strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

  • Competitive salary range of €4937 to €6670 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) for Netherlands.

Location
