About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to execute sales activities in the central region, focusing on HVAC aftermarket services including AMC, repair, and retrofit. You will achieve booking and revenue targets, improve customer penetration, and secure new contracts.

- Execute sales strategies to achieve departmental sales objectives
- Improve customer penetration, secure new contracts, and increase AMC base
- Secure repair and retrofit jobs
- Analyze sales data to determine sales potential and customer preferences
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Meet individual sales targets and execute action plans in alignment with company strategy
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales and service delivery objectives
- Follow up with customers on payments, including outstanding and expired bank guarantees
- Conduct techno commercial negotiations and ensure finance approvals are met
- Develop sales presentations and proposals
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts to understand gaps
- Track, analyze, and forecast sales figures and revenue
Requirements
- Min 5 6 years in HVAC OEM Sales
- Strong HVAC AMC Experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5 10 years of relevant experience in HVAC services or OEM company
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP software applications
- Understanding of customer service practices and market strategies
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Self motivated, task oriented, and capable of working under pressure
