We are looking for an experienced
It Service Delivery Manager
- to oversee managed services delivery, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain strong client relationships in a customer-facing environment.
- **Minimum of a bachelor’s degreein Computer Science,Information Systems, or equivalent field.**
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similarrole.**
- **Experience in IT operations supportand IT infrastructure ecosystem architecture.**
- **ITIL certified.**
- **Excellent communication skills mandatory in Arabic and English.**
- **Project Management certification preferred.**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and MSP operations
- Ensure SLA / OLA compliance and service performance
- Lead governance calls and stakeholder engagement
- Drive service improvement plans and operational excellence
- Manage KPIs, reporting, and service metrics
- Coordinate with technical, project, and transformation teams
- Ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction
- Support audits, compliance, and ITIL process alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT Service Delivery / IT Operations role
- Strong experience in Managed Services environment
• ITIL Certified (mandatory)
- Experience with SLA, KPI, governance, and reporting
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure & operations
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Arabic & English communication required
- PMP / Project Management certification preferred
